The Hood River Valley High School Athletic Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for this year’s class. Nomination forms with nominating criteria can be found at the school office or online at www.hrvhs.com. Forms are due May 28. Community Ed track starts with Hershey's meet May 27

The Hershey's Track and Field meet for ages 9-14 will be held Tuesday, May 27, at 6 p.m. at HRVHS.  

All first place finishers at this regional meet qualify for the Oregon state meet. Cost for the event is $1 per child. 

Community Education will also host two track meets for kids ages 2 and up June 3 and 10 at HRVHS with starts at 6 p.m. Cost is $1 per child.

Pre-school soccer clinic June 19-20

Pre-school soccer clinics for children ages 3-5 will be held June 19 and 20 from 5:30-7 p.m. at Westside Elementary. Cost is $8 per child and is session is limited to 50 children.

Coed soccer for grades K-2 starts June 24 and runs through  July 29. Teams are forming in Parkdale, Odell and Hood River.

Cost is $39 per player. Practices and games are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Registration deadline in June 13.
